Goal

Allow users to search entities within a world.

Scope

Add a search input to the entity list/page.
Search by name, summary, description, notes, and tags.
Update visible results as the search changes.
Add a clear/reset search action.

Acceptance Criteria

Users can search entities by name, summary, description, notes, and tags.
Search is case-insensitive.
Partial matches work.
Clearing search restores the full entity list.
Search does not break world detail navigation.
